We specialize in providing complimentary search & negotiation for youth and collegiate sports teams and their fans & families. We also work with school and church groups, wedding & family events as well as corporate events, storm crews and construction crews.
Destination Search & Negotiation Process
Start by telling us your destination, dates and reason for travel. Local or far away, we will do the shopping for you and negotiate the best group rate. No more playing phone tag with hotel managers and sales people. We do it all for you from submitting hotel inquiries, collecting hotel bids and information and provide a comparison proposal from which you choose the best hotel for your group needs and price-range. Once you make your hotel selection, we will continue to handle the room block contract for your group.
There is no cost to you or your group; the hotels are happy to compensate us for the referrals.

How We Got Started
Among the fallout of the '08 recession, our founder, after working in the hotel/restaurant industry for 30+ years with the last ten as director of sales for an upscale extended-stay style hotel in Maple Grove, Minnesota, found herself laid off! With three kids in sports at the time, she found that traveling with their teams was expensive! Arrangements were at the mercy of kind volunteers who unknowingly would reserve hotel blocks with high deposits, extra fees and paying top tier, list prices. After volunteering to negotiate her own daughter's volleyball team travel needs, other coaches asked her to help with their volleyball teams and word passed on to club and tournament directors. Volleyball moms even asked for help with their other kids' travel needs in soccer, softball, hockey, and collegiate baseball.
